Additionally, blend in one cup of water, two tablespoons of virgin olive oil and one teaspoon of lemon juice. To kick in flavor and to boost your metabolism, add in a dash of cayenne to your soup.

This curry meal is loaded with lots of vitamins and minerals from the vegetables and fruits included in the recipe.  There’s an infusion of flavors that burst in your mouth. The downside to this meal is that you’ll have to be more patient in the preparation of the ingredients and you will certainly need more time. But really does these even matter? Go ahead and enjoy this spectacular vegetable curry.

In a bowl, prep one generous cup of the following: chopped zucchini, julienned red pepper, cauliflower cut in florets (bite-sized cuts), broccoli (bite-sized cuts) and diced pineapples.

In a bowl, put one cup of water and in the following: three dried apricots, one-third cup of fresh coconut, a clove of garlic, one-half teaspoon of ginger, one teaspoon salt and two teaspoons of curry. As always, for added spice, add in a dash of cayenne. Blend all the ingredients until you get your desired texture and consistency.

Lastly, pour the sauce in the bowl and stir to coat the vegetables. If the veggies mentioned are not in season or perhaps are more expensive, you can try out other veggies like tomatoes, beans, carrots and cucumbers.

Banana Lemon Pie

The ultimate dessert, banana lemon pie will make your mouth water each and every time you think about it. For fruit lovers, this might tickle your fancy.

Using your food processor, work on three cups of walnuts. When the walnuts are broken down into bite-sized bits (or even smaller), add two cups of raisins and you are done with your crust. Press the mixture in a nine-inch plate.

Grate a desired amount of lemon zest on top of the crust.

Meanwhile, prepare just enough lemon juice to coat five medium-sized sliced bananas. After the bananas are coated, arrange the bananas onto the crust. Freeze your banana lemon pie if desired.
